BlackenPink Leggings offers a one of a kind free exchange policy where we at BlackenPink pride our self with the best leggings on earth, which we, of course, want to fit perfectly on you hence our one of a kind free exchange policy for leggings.

☆ Limited to one exchange per customer.

☆ You can currently only change the sizing your leggings.

Proceed by:

Send a Message in our Instagram account or email us: support@blackenpink.com  and mark it as “exchange”
Include your order number & which size you would like to change to.
You will then receive further instructions and a RAN (Return Authorization Number)


We want you to be completely satisfied with your new leggings therefore, we’ll gladly accept an exchange of any item subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be exchanged within 15 day of purchase;

- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached;

- Must not be marked as a Last Chance/Sale item on our website. Sale items can only be returned in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received.

- Must not have any dirty marks, makeup or fake tan marks

- Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder

- leggings can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached.


For orders above $200, variations may apply.



Returns:

We’ll gladly accept unworn and unwashed items on BLACKenPink for return within 15 days of the purchase on all full-priced items. If you would like to return your order, please contact us in Instagram or to our email: support@blackenpink.com and mark it as RETURN for instructions on how to proceed.
